| Dominic | Software Development – Coding | Develops the robot’s control logic in Java or C++, including autonomous routines, sensor integration, and driver control mapping. |
| Mechanical | Leans the physical assembly and maintenance of the robot’s chassis and subsystems; manages the drivetrain and moving mechanisms. | |
| Electrical – wiring | Designs and installs the robot’s power distribution system, including the RoboRIO, motor controllers, and clean wire routing for reliability. | |
| Kira | Social Media | Manages the team’s online presence to engage with the community, document the build season, and recognize sponsors across digital platforms. |
| Outreach | Coordinates community events and STEM demonstrations to promote the FIRST mission and build local partnerships. | |
| Procurement – Inventory | Manages the ordering of parts and maintains the shop’s stock of hardware, motors, and raw materials to ensure build efficiency. | |

| Impact Award | Leads the preparation of the prestigious Impact Award submission, including the executive summary, essay, and presentation on the team’s community influence. | |
| Captain – COO | Oversees all team operations, ensuring technical and business departments are meeting deadlines and maintaining a cohesive team culture. |
